Ingredients :
- Tomatoes - 450 g
- Onions - 1 head
- Preserved pepper - 1 pc.
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Tomato juice - 3 cups
- Cilantro (coriander) - ½ cup
- Red wine vinegar - ⅓ cup
- Olive oil - ¼ cup
- Tabasco sauce - to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut into small pieces half the tomatoes, cucumber and onion, and transfer to a harvester. Add the red pepper and ground to a pulp. Transfer to a bowl.2. Add the tomato juice, chopped cilantro, vinegar, olive oil and a few drops of Tabasco. Mix well.
3. Of the remaining tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Just slice the cucumber and onion. Add all in the soup. Salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator to cool.
