Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken fillets
- Bank of canned pineapple
- 100 g of cheese
- 300 grams of canned mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- Low-Fat mayonnaise
- 1 pomegranate
- 150 g of grapes for decorating
Preparation:
Cut Chicken into small pieces and fry in a pan until cooked. Cut Pineapple into pieces the size of a chicken. Mushrooms and onions chopped and fry. All mixed with mayonnaise and put in the form of slices of watermelon. Garnish with pomegranate and grape halves.
