Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 250 g
  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Chicken Eggs - 3 pcs .
  • Sugar - 60 g
  • Salt - ¼ tsp..
  • Vegetable oil - 45 ml
  • Cottage cheese 5-9% fat - 400 g
  • Curd - 400 g
  • Egg yolk - 3 pieces.
  • Butter - 60 g

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. In a bowl sift the flour, add the eggs, salt, sugar and half of the milk.
3. Stir well, add the remaining milk and oil and mix until uniform.
4. Bake thin pancakes, frying with only one hand.



5. Fold the finished pancakes pile toasted side up.
6. For the filling mix the cottage cheese with curd mass, add the egg yolks and melted butter. Mix well.
7. For each pancake put a tablespoon of the filling.
8. Close letter envelopes (or rolls, or triangles).
9. Fry on one side over medium heat, then turn over, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, so that the filling is well warmed.
