Ingredients:
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 1 medium head
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cream 35% - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil for frying

Preparation:
1.cut Mushrooms into slices or quarters. cut Onion into small cubes. cut Tomatoes into halves or quarters.2. In a frying pan heat the olive oil and gently fry the garlic cloves half. remove the garlic.
3. Fry the onions until transparent, add the mushrooms and evaporate the separated juice (it will take 5-7 minutes).
4. Add the tomatoes, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the cream over medium heat and gently evaporate the sauce (10-12 minutes). The sauce is ready.
5. Serve with buckwheat, rice, pasta, potatoes, boiled meat. To apply, you can garnish with sauce and mix everything together to warm up a minute or 2 to put the sauce on top for garnish.
