Ingredients:

  • kohlrabi cabbage - 80 g
  • vegetable oil - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1/2 slices
  • tomatoes - 190 g
  • feta or tofu - 50 g
  • finely chopped basil leaves - 2-3 tbsp




Preparation:

Salt kohlrabi, cut into thin slices, put in 1 h. Spoon of vegetable oil. Cut the cheese thin plates kami.
