Fajitas With Soy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- Meat - 800 g
- Olive oil - 30 g
- Soy sauce - 30 g
- Pepper ( 1-2) pcs
- Lime - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes (1-2) pcs
- Onion - 1 pc
Preparation:
1. Take any meat (800 g), which is to your taste, for example, beef. Cut large cubes of 1 cm and cut tomatoes , onion and green pepper.2. In a large bowl combine olive oil (30 g), soy sauce (30 g), a couple of cloves of garlic (finely chopped), salt, 1/2 tsp hot pepper, and squeeze the juice of one lime. Transfer to a bowl of meat, stir well and let marinated in the refrigerator for an hour and a half, while the bowl is better to cover the film.
3. In a hot dry frying pan fry the meat until done.
4. The finished meat is possible to shift into a deep bowl, next to put the sauces: tomato and mustard. So everyone will be able to collect their fajita. Good aromatic herbs - cilantro, basil, thyme.
