Cake With Salmon And Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
- Wholegrain bread slice 4.
- Soft cheese cream 340 g
- Red Onion 1 tbsp
- Dill 3 tbsp
- Capers, canned 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- pinch salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Smoked Salmon 200 g
- Cucumber 2 pcs.
Preparation:
1. Divide the cream cheese into two parts. Spread half of cheese in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the finely chopped onion and dill, a pinch of salt, capers and freshly ground pepper.2. Thoroughly mix all.
3. Coat a slice of bread of cream cheese. Top with thinly sliced salmon slices.
4. Top with thin slices of cucumber.
5. Repeat with the other layers of the same, except for the top slice of bread.
6. Nice to grease all sides softened cream cheese, which has remained.
7. Garnish with capers, dill, remaining salmon slices and cucumber.
