Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Cabbage - 250 g
- Nigella sativa - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Curry - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.2. Chop the cabbage, clean the potatoes, cut into cubes.
3. In a frying pan heat the butter (preferably clarified) and throw first Nigella sativa, 15 seconds - asafoetida and curry.
4. Put the pan potatoes and cabbage.
5. Simmer with the lid closed. For 5 minutes until cooked add the chopped bell pepper strips and salt.
6. In general, the dish should be extinguished about 15 minutes.
Roast in vegetarian ready
