Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 300 g
  • Cabbage - 250 g
  • Nigella sativa - 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.




Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Chop the cabbage, clean the potatoes, cut into cubes.
3. In a frying pan heat the butter (preferably clarified) and throw first Nigella sativa, 15 seconds - asafoetida and curry.
4. Put the pan potatoes and cabbage.
5. Simmer with the lid closed. For 5 minutes until cooked add the chopped bell pepper strips and salt.
6. In general, the dish should be extinguished about 15 minutes.
Roast in vegetarian ready
