Ice Cream From Cottage Cheese With Peach Recipe

Ingredients:
- 150 g fat-free yogurt
- 4-5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 2 bananas
- 1 peach (pear / nectarine / berry, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon honey (if you want to make it very sweet)
Preparation:
Beat the cheese with the yogurt in a blender. If the cheese is not very soft, pre-whipp it through a sieve to have the consistency of cottage cheese . Add the bananas and honey (optional), again very carefully whisk. Cut peach - quite finely and mix with cottage cheese mass. Pour into cups and put in the freezer for 3 hours - if it is too hard, then let a little ice cream stand, and you should be able to obtain the ice cream of your choice.Bon Appetit!
