Ingredients:
- Avocados - 2 things, be sure to mature;
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces, sliced thin layers;
- jalapeno pepper - half things (can substitute our peppers);
- 1 large cucumber, also cut layers (instead you can take the zucchini or radishes);
- Corn - cob granules of the young;
- Garlic - 3 cloves,
- Fresh coriander - 3 tablespoons;
- Lime juice - 2 tsp;
- 6-8 leaves of any of your chosen salad (preferably green).
Preparation:
1) To warm up the spoon avocado and divide the weight in half.2) To add one part lime with jalapeno, and the other young corn and garlic (equal parts of each other). Both parts mix well in a blender.
3) Put the layers one by one, applying alternately: cucumber - part of a jalapeno - tomatoes - corn stuffing - lettuce - cucumber - stuffing with jalapenos - tomatoes - corn part. On top decorate with lettuce.
