Ingredients:
- Beef - 680 g
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Beef broth - 1 cup
- Onion - 1/4 cup
- Potatoes - 6 pcs .
- Carrots - 2 pcs .
- The stalk of celery - 2 pcs .
- Black pepper - 2 pinches
Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces and gently roll in flour.2. Good heat the pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
