Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 6-7 small potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1.5 cups of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon of flour
- 3-5 cloves of garlic, squeeze
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1.5 cups of grated cheese (in the original - cheddar)
- green onions, finely chopped

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter. Potatoes are cut and put in a gratin dish. Milk mix with the cream, add the flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir. Pour potatoes mixture .
Close the foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and keep 20-30 minutes. Just before serving sprinkle with grated cheese deposed and hold for 3-5 minutes, so that it melts. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
