Cheese Muffins With Kefir Recipe

Ingredients:
- hard cheese - 160 g,
- egg - 1 pc,
- flour - 4 tbsp - 100 g,
- Kefir 2.5% (can be acidic) - a glass of 200 ml,
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- green onions to taste (or green).
Preparation:
1. Grate the cheese on a medium-sized grater.2. Drive a cheese in the egg and mix well.
3. Then pour the yogurt, add chopped green onion and mix well.
4. Sift flour with soda in kefir cheese-mass and mix well.
5. Give the dough stand for 20-30 minutes to flour swelled and ash interacted with yogurt.
6. After that, spread out on forms (if not molds silicone or Teflon grease with vegetable oil) and bake in a hot oven for 25 - 40 minutes at 220 - 240 degrees until golden brown on top.
