Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 450 g
- Pecorino Romano - 80 g
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Brisket Beef - 200 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Dry white wine (table) - 150 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste

Preparation:
Boil pasta in salted water.In a small container, mix the grated cheese and eggs.
Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, stirring, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
If necessary, get rid of excess fat in the pan.
Add the wine and continue cooking until they evaporate half.
At this time, the spaghetti should already be prepared. Mix them with the cheese mixture.
Add the pasta to the pan with the bacon, mix well. Season the top with salt and black pepper.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
