Ingredients:
- Rice for sushi - 200 g
- Rice vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp

- Soy Teriyaki sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Chile - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves finely chopped
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Small onion, chopped fine feathers - 1 pc.

Preparation:
1. clean Squid , remove and cut into thin chord stripes, add teriyaki and oyster sauce, mix with squid and leave in the refrigerator.2. Wash rice and discard in a sieve.

4. In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour about 250 ml of water and pour rice. Cover, bring to a boil and cook on minimum heat for 10 minutes. Switch off. The cover is not removed in 15 minutes.
5. Rice vinegar, sugar and salt to combine evenly.

6. put a thin layer of smooth and, cooling the, gradually watered rice vinegar. Do not interfere, and flip.
7. cool very well and accept any form. Make the rice patties and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown - very convenient to use molds for hamburgers from a set grinder.
8. Spread on a napkin to remove excess oil.
9. Spread on a pan in butter garlic, fry lightly.
10. We spread squid to garlic. Cover with a lid for 1 minute. Remove the lid, stir, spread the onion, paprika, chili, tomato sauce, mix, adjust the taste (I added a little powdered sugar). Fry over high heat for 4 minutes. Turn off the fire. Cover with a lid for 10 minutes.
11. Collect and serve burger (very tasty served with soy sauce powdered sugar grated ginger - all to taste)
