Ingredients:
- Flour (durum)
- Eggs - 4 egg yolks and 1 egg
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - 50 ml
- Mozzarella - 125 g
- Basil - 5 g
- Thyme - twig
- Milk cream - 200 g
- Pesto sauce - 50 g

Preparation:
1. Knead the dough: a flour add eggs, water, salt. Leave the dough for 45 minutes in a dark place.2. Prepare the ingredients for the filling - mozzarella, basil and thyme.
3. Finely chop the cheese and herbs, rolled into small balls.
4 . Roll out the dough into two thin layer. Put one layer of dough and sprinkle it with water. Spread the dough balls and cover with the second formation.
5. Cut the ravioli with a form. Cook the ravioli for 5-6 minutes. In a frying pan put the ravioli, pour cream and pesto. Evaporated cream over medium heat until the consistency of thick gravy.
6. Serve the ravioli with a slice of mozzarella, garnished with a sprig of thyme.
