Ingredients:
- Beef ribs - 600 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Prunes (with bone) - 200 g
- White wine (dry) - 150 ml
- Chicken broth - 200 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste

Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.2. Wash the ribs, good rub with salt and pepper and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. On high heat, brown the ribs on each side. Pour in wine and broth. Add the prunes and stir, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover the lid loose. Simmer, turning from time to time, 1.5-2 hours. Meat should be soft and move away from the bone.
4. Remove from heat and let rest for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot. This dish goes well with sweet potato and apple sauce: Prepare mashed in much the same way as conventional potatoes, only 1/3 of the potatoes replace the apples (the apples clean and cook the potatoes, add them only 5 minutes late).
