Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- 250 ml of warm milk,
- 100 ml of vegetable oil,
- 20-30 g of sugar (depending on the filling),
- 10 g. dry yeast
- 1 egg yolk, or a couple of tbsp milk.
Preparation:
Dissolve the sugar in milk yeast, add oil and mix.Pour the flour and knead the dough.
Cover with towel and leave in a warm place to approach for 1 hour.
Baking grease or lay a paper for baking.
Blind cakes, put on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and let stand for 20 - 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Coat patties yolk (milk) and bake for 15 minutes.
