Ingredients:
- 14-15 small cucumber
- ¼ onion
- 1/3 red bell pepper
- Red apple - ¼-1/2
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger sizes with head of garlic
- 1/3 cup grated carrots
- 6 green onions / shallots (cut into rings
- Red pepper - ¾ tablespoons
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon
- The sauce for the fish - 2 teaspoons

Preparation:
Wash and dry cucumbers. Cut out of the corner and longitudinal notch - wise.Rub salt. Put in a bowl and leave under pressure for 20-30 minutes.
In a blender, combine the onion, bell pepper, apple, garlic, ginger. Pour a little water. Whisk until smooth paste. Transfer to a small bowl and add honey, fish sauce, grated carrot, green onions. Stir.
Rinse the cucumber to remove excess salt.
Stuff the cucumbers with the mixture. Use your fingers to gently separate the cucumbers to put the stuffing into the middle.
Put cucumbers stuffed in a sealed container (preferably glass), cucumbers laying in rows. Close the bowl of the film and press firmly.
Leave to marinate for 1-2 days. Refrigerate before serving.
