Veal With Mushrooms And Herbs Recipe
Ingredients:
- Fresh white mushrooms - 400 g
- Medium onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Fresh mint - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Butter - Article 5. l.
- Beef broth - 1/2 stack.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Thyme - 2-3 sprigs
- Veal fillet - 600 g
- Ground white pepper - to taste
- Dry white wine - 1/2 stack.
Preparation:
1. Wash Mushrooms , dry, cut into slices. Onions and garlic are finely chopped. Mint and parsley to wash, shake off water, leaves finely chopped.2. Preheat a frying pan half the butter and fry the onion until transparent, add the mushrooms, mint, parsley and garlic. Fry, stirring, until the liquid evaporation, then pour in the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

4. The remainder of the frying meat juice to pour the wine, allow to boil and put sauteed porcine mushrooms with vegetables and herbs in it. Put on a plate meat, mushrooms complement the sauce.
