Thick soup with zucchini and meatballs recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large zucchini
- 2 sweet peppers
- 4 potatoes (medium)
- 2 carrots
- 1-2 onions
- a few cloves of garlic
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. Spoon tomato paste
- 500 grams of minced meat
- a few slices of white bread
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper, bay leaf, and others. spices to taste

Preparation:
- 1. Vegetables Wash, peel. Zucchini cut into small cubes.
- 2. Carrots cut into slices (if large - half rings or quarters)
- 3. Pepper cut into small cubes
- 4. Potatoes cut into cubes
- 5. Vegetables lightly fry in stretching. oil.
- 6. Put the vegetables in the pan, pour 2-3 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes (do not overcook see, and that will not taste good!)
- 7. Fry the onion and garlic.
- 8. Add the sliced tomatoes and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste. Mix. Saute.
- 9. Add the tomato mass in the pot to the other vegetables. Season.
- 10. Soak bread, squeeze, mix with minced meat, egg, salt and pepper.
- 11. Make small meatballs and fry on all sides.
- 12. Then put the meatballs to the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and herbs.
