| Chicken Burger Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Minced turkey or chicken (I cook turkey) - 800 grams;
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons;
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- Egg - 1 pc;
- Parsley, dill - 3-4 blades of grass;
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons;
- Mustard - 2 teaspoons;
- Salt and spices - to taste.
Preparation:
Stuffing, semolina, sour cream, egg, mustard, sugar, salt and spices are put in a bowl. Finely finely cut greens, added thereto and thoroughly mixed.Stuffing The result is watery, so that is good to take a spoon, not your hands.
In a heated pan with vegetable oil spread it with a spoon meatballs and fry them on each side for 2-3 minutes - so that there was a golden crust, but not fry.

Then add to the pan a little water, cover it with a lid and leave on low heat for 10 minutes: five from each party.
All burgers are ready. Remove them from heat, place on a plate and tuck both cheeks.
