Chicken With Mushrooms In Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts - 2 pcs.
  • Mushrooms - 400 g
  • Cream 22% - 300 ml
  • Spices - to taste
  • Butter - 40 g



Preparation:

1. my mushrooms and cut into large slices. In a frying pan warm up a little butter, to put our mushrooms and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. While the mushrooms are fried - chicken cut into small pieces, about the size of 2 to 3 cm.
2. When the mushrooms soften and release the juice, add the chicken to the pan. If necessary, add a little oil.
3. When the chicken pieces turn white - all the contents of the pan pour cream, add salt and spices to slow fire and simmer about 5 minutes. When the sauce will acquire the desired thickness - and then remove from the heat, because the mushrooms and chicken has, in fact, ready.
4. Serve with any side dish you can - rice, pasta (as in my pictures) or potatoes.
