Ingredients:


  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Mushrooms (fresh or frozen mushrooms or mushrooms) - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Fresh dill - little
  • Cheese varieties - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste



Preparation:

1. Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.
2. Peel and chop the onion.
3. Add it to the mushrooms, salt and fry.
4. Separate the whites from the yolks, egg yolks just stir and whites beat with a mixer.
5. Connect the whites with the yolks, add the milk, salt and stir. Pour this mixture of mushrooms and onions.
6. Cook over a moderate heat for 3-5 minutes, then cover and cook for another minute. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a fine grater, fennel wash and chop.
7. Ready omelette sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
