Ingredients:


  • Salmon - 500 g
  • Orange - 1 piece.
  • Orange marmalade -2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander (ground) - ½ tsp
  • Sesame (seeds) for dusting



Preparation:

1. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
2. Mix the juice, mustard, orange marmalade, soy sauce and coriander.
3. Put the fish slices portioned in a baking dish, cover with marinade.
4. Leave for half an hour.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and place in a preheated oven for 15 180ᵒS minutes.
6. Serve the fish hot with your favorite side dish.
