| Salmon With Orange Marmalade Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Salmon - 500 g
- Orange - 1 piece.
- Orange marmalade -2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander (ground) - ½ tsp
- Sesame (seeds) for dusting
Preparation:
1. Squeeze the juice from the orange.2. Mix the juice, mustard, orange marmalade, soy sauce and coriander.
3. Put the fish slices portioned in a baking dish, cover with marinade.
4. Leave for half an hour.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and place in a preheated oven for 15 180ᵒS minutes.
6. Serve the fish hot with your favorite side dish.
