Ingredients:
- pork (neck) - 150 g
- mushrooms - 60 grams
- onions - 50 g
- cheese (Gouda, grated) - 2 tsp with slide
- vegetable oil - to taste
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
- mayonnaise - 2 tsp with slide
- potatoes (puree) - 150 g
- tomato - 1/2 pcs.
- Parsley (supply) - twig

Preparation:
- 1. Pork neck cut across the grain into pieces weighing 75 g (2 slices per serving).
- 2. Cover with cling film and beat off from both sides.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
- 5. In another pan fry until golden brown shredded onions and mushrooms.
- 6. Fried pieces of meat lay on a baking sheet. For each piece of meat uniformly put fried onions and mushrooms.
- 7. Lubricate the mayonnaise.
- 8. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- 9. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- 10. At the plate supply to put mashed potatoes. Nearby lay the tomatoes and roasted meat.
- 11. Garnish with parsley. The meat at home is ready!
