Lemon Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 750 g low-fat cottage cheese (preferably 0%)
- 175g soft butter
- 150g caster sugar
- 85g semolina
- 1 lemon

Preparation:
- 1. Lemon wash, using a trowel or a special knife to remove the zest. Squeeze 2-3 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice.
- 2. Rub the butter with the sugar, add the zest and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- 3. Gradually, one by one, add the eggs, semolina and cottage cheese.
- 4. Put cottage cheese in a greased baking dish and level the surface.
- 5. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven about 50-60 minutes.
- 6. Ready cheesecake cool in oven off ajar for 30 minutes.
- 7. Carefully remove the cake from the mold, put in the dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with sour cream, honey or jam.
