| Special Cutlets Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Minced meat (turkey) - 1 kg
- Chicken Egg - 2 pcs

- Mayonnaise (for stuffing + a bit of watering) - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 120 ml
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheese (for the filling - 50g; for sprinkling - 200 g) - 250 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Tomato - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil
Preparation:
Stuffing I usually cook from breast and thigh fillets 1: 1. Meat wash, dry and chop by the processor.Loaf of bread soaked in milk, is also passed through the processor, mix with minced meat, add eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
