Vegetables Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Eggplant - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 4 pcs.
- Cheese durum - '80
- Cloves of garlic - 4 pcs.
- Fresh green basil - 2 sprigs
- Salt and spices - to taste
- Olive oil - Article 0.5.
Preparation:
- 1. Tomatoes and zucchini (eggplant), wash thoroughly and cut into slices.
- 2. Cheese sliced. Alternating with each other slices of zucchini, tomatoes and cheese, garlic into thin slices.
- 3. Dishes preliminary grease with vegetable oil.
- 4. Prepare the fill, mix the butter, salt, pepper, basil and garlic. Pour cooked mixture of zucchini and bake them in the oven until cooked.
- 5. Sprinkle with cheese and 3 more minutes in the oven. The finished dish sprinkle with herbs!
