Vegetables Casserole Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Eggplant - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 4 pcs.
  • Cheese durum - '80
  • Cloves of garlic - 4 pcs.
  • Fresh green basil - 2 sprigs
  • Salt and spices - to taste
  • Olive oil - Article 0.5.


Preparation:

  • 1. Tomatoes and zucchini (eggplant), wash thoroughly and cut into slices.
  • 2. Cheese sliced. Alternating with each other slices of zucchini, tomatoes and cheese, garlic into thin slices.
  • 3. Dishes preliminary grease with vegetable oil.
  • 4. Prepare the fill, mix the butter, salt, pepper, basil and garlic. Pour cooked mixture of zucchini and bake them in the oven until cooked.
  • 5. Sprinkle with cheese and 3 more minutes in the oven. The finished dish sprinkle with herbs!
