| Napoleon Cake Recipe |
Ingredients:
for cakes:- Margarine - 250 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Flour - 350 g (plus flour for rolling)
- Condensed milk - 2 cans
- Butter - 400 g
Preparation:
1. rub the flour and margarine into crumbs, add sour cream and knead dough until smooth.2. Divide the dough into 11 balls and put them in the fridge for an hour.
3. Each ball roll out very thinly and cut out a circle shape. I had a diameter of 30 cm form. Note that if you bake the cake a little decrease.
