Ingredients (4 pot)

  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • sausages - 6 pieces
  • onions - 2 pieces,
  • mushrooms - 200 g,
  • sour cream - 1 cup,
  • Broth - 700 ml
  • sweet pepper - 1 tsp.,
  • vegetable oil for frying,
  • salt, pepper, parsley, bay leaf to taste.

Preparation:

  • 1 potato peel, cut into small cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil. Onion finely chopped and fry with mushrooms.
  • 2. Cut the sausage into slices. Putting pots in the layers: mushrooms and onions, hunting sausage, potatoes.

  • 3. Sour cream mix with the broth, salt and pepper and pour into the pots.
  • 4. Place in a cold oven and cook at a temperature of 1500 C for about an hour.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
