Sausages with potatoes in pot recipe
Ingredients (4 pot)
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- sausages - 6 pieces
- onions - 2 pieces,
- mushrooms - 200 g,
- sour cream - 1 cup,
- Broth - 700 ml
- sweet pepper - 1 tsp.,
- vegetable oil for frying,
- salt, pepper, parsley, bay leaf to taste.
Preparation:
- 1 potato peel, cut into small cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil. Onion finely chopped and fry with mushrooms.
- 2. Cut the sausage into slices. Putting pots in the layers: mushrooms and onions, hunting sausage, potatoes.
- 3. Sour cream mix with the broth, salt and pepper and pour into the pots.
- 4. Place in a cold oven and cook at a temperature of 1500 C for about an hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
