| Mandarin Smoothies Drink Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Mandarin - 2 pcs.
- Frozen banana - 1 pc.
- Milk - 1 cup
- Yogurt - ⅓ cup
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Vanilla - to taste
Preparation:
1. Clear the banana, cut it into small pieces and send in the freezer for 20 minutes.2. Clear the mandarins.
3. Load the mandarins in a blender. Add the slices of frozen banana.
4. Add the milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla.
5. Beat at maximum speed for 30 seconds.
6. Enjoy smoothies with creamy notes? Add to the list of ingredients, a couple of tablespoons of cream.
