| Chicken Salad With Rice And Beans Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Rice - 200 g
- Red beans in their own juice - 400 g
- Pepper red chili - 1 pc.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- Chicken - 1000 g
- Tomato - 400g
- Wine vinegar white - 60 ml
- Green onions - 4 stalks
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil rice until tender. Passed on to the pan or tray and cool.2. While the rice is cooked, remove the chicken from the bones, disassemble into small pieces.
3. Tomatoes cut in half crosswise, remove seeds, pulp is cut into strips.
4. Pepper and finely chop green onions.
5. Put in a salad bowl, cooled rice, chicken, beans, tomatoes, chopped peppers and onions, cumin, oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
