| Cutlets With Rice Recipe |
Ingredients:
- rice
- Meat - 150 g
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Water - 60g
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
1. Meat mince. Boil the rice, add the meat and then mince. Mass thoroughly mixed, put it in butter, salt, grated garlic and mix well.2. To form patties and fry in a pan. Serve with garnish.
