Ingredients:
For the sponge:

- Milk - 125 ml
- Honey - 1 tbsp

For the cream:
- Lime (need to squeeze out 170 ml of juice) - 6 pieces.
- Gelatin - 7 leaves
- Natural yoghurt - 500 ml
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
- Fatty cream - 150 ml
Preparation:
