| Crab Salad Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Seafood in oil - 200 g
- Corn - Bank 1
- Boiled Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 0.5 head
- Crab sticks - 3 pieces.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Cucumber - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise on the quail eggs - 2-3 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. Seafood folded in a colander and allow the oil to drain.2. Eggs, cucumber and crab sticks cut into cubes after removing the seeds from the cucumber.
3. halves onion cut in half. One half into small cubes and set aside, the other half cut well and fry in oil until golden brown, cool.
4. Mix all the ingredients together. Mayonnaise. Salt and pepper, if needed.
