Ingredients:

• Beetroot (boiled) 250 g
• Tuna (canned in its own juice) 100 g
• Parsley (fresh, chapped) 3 tablespoons
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• 80 g of natural yogurt
• egg yolk (boiled, for decoration) 1 pc.
• Salt and pepper to taste



Preparation:

1. Putting the ingredients with a little salt, pepper and place in a blender, where everything is mixed until the most homogeneous.
2. The resulting mass is placed to the small cups (50 ml each) and decorate the top with grated on a fine grater boiled egg yolk.
3. Before serving leave in the refrigerator.
