Ingredients:
- Natural yoghurt - 350g
- Milk - 300 ml
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
- Gelatin - 40 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons.
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen) - 200-250 g

Preparation:
1. Pour
gelatin (leave 5-10 g strawberry puree) milk, leave for 15 minutes
2. Put on
low heat and heat, stirring occasionally. Milk should not be given to boil
3. When the
gelatin has dissolved, remove from heat and let cool
4. In a
deep bowl pour the yogurt, add sugar (3-4 tbsp), Lemon juice
5. Does it
beat with a mixer as long as possible
7. Mould in
a separate container the third part of the mixture and add cocoa powder, mix
8. This mixture
of cocoa pour into a special form, which can be removed, and soak in the
freezer for 12 minutes, then remove and to pour the remaining mixture to the
end
9. Place in
the freezer. Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry sauce: Mix the strawberries in a
blender with the sugar.
10. Take 50
g of water, add the remaining gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Heat over low
heat, stirring occasionally. Cool and pour in the strawberry puree. Mix well
and pour it into a frozen yoghurt mix last layer.
