Ingredients:
The basis:
- 1 1/2 cups
crushed cookies
- 3 tbsp
Sahara
- 80g butter
Cheesecake:
- 250g cream
cheese
- 1 cup of
sugar
- 2 tbsp
flour
- 3 eggs
- 240g cream
- 1 tsp
vanilla extract
Topping:
- 240g cream
- 60g butter
- 240g
chocolate
- 1/4 cup
powdered sugar

Preparation:
1. We grind
cookies. Add to liver melted butter and stir until smooth. We spread the weight
in the form as a basis.
2. At
medium speed mix together cream cheese, sugar and flour. Then, the homogeneous
mass to interfere at low speed for one three eggs. Then add the vanilla extract
and mix.
3. Then the
mixture is poured into the mold on top of the base and send in an oven
preheated to 160C for 45 minutes.
4. For the
glaze combine cream and butter in a saucepan and heat when it begins to boil
remove from heat and add chocolate while stirring until everything is
dissolved, then add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
5. When the
cake has cooled down a little fill it with icing. Then cut into cubes and
serve, as long as the icing is not frozen, you can sprinkle chopped cookies.
