Ingredients:
- Sour cream 350g
- Butter 150g
- Meal 280-300 g
- Eggs 6 pcs.
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar
- Green onions - 1 bunch

Preparation:
- 1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough and filling. Sour cream filler in the test can be replaced by kefir or natural yoghurt.
- 2. For the filling: boil 4 eggs, cool, peel and chop.
- 3. Green onions (it should be a lot) wash, dry, finely chopped, salt to taste. You can add a little black pepper.
- 4. Mix in a bowl the chopped eggs and green onions. The filling is ready.
- 5. Knead the dough: add in the cream, salt, sugar. Mix.
- 6. Melt the butter. Beat the eggs (2 pcs.)
- 7. Alternately add the sour cream melted butter, beaten eggs.
- 8. Add the flour baking powder and pour it into a liquid mixture. Mix well until smooth.
- 9. Should get a thick mass, like porridge.
- 10. Form for baking grease with a piece of butter. You can sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.
- 11. Pour in the form of a little more than half of the dough.
- 12. Carefully put the stuffing on top of onion and eggs.
- 13. Top pour the remnants of dough, gently spreading it over the entire surface of the cake.
- 14. Put the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for about 35 minutes, until golden brown.
- 15. Give the cake to cool to a warm state, covered with a clean towel, then put it on a flat plate.
- 16. Cut the cake into portions.
