Cheese Cake With Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

For the dough:

- 200 g of margarine,
- 1 egg,
- 1 tsp slaked vinegar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- a pinch of salt .

For filling:

- 500 grams of cottage cheese,
- 2 eggs ,
- 2 tsp starch

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients for the dough,
2. Separate 1/3 of the dough, put it in the freezer.
3. Combine all ingredients for the dough and mix.
4. The dough is spread with hands on the baking sheet after put the stuffing.
5. Then grate the frozen dough.
6. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
