Ingredients:
The carrot of medium size - 6 pieces.Large tomato - 2 pcs .
Small onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Milk Coconut - 200 ml
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt & pepper - to taste
Marinated corn
Corn - cob 1Lime - 1 pc.
Sprig of basil
Olive oil - 1 pc.
Salt & pepper - to taste

Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, melt the chopped onion and garlic and coconut cook it in the oil , add a teaspoon of turmeric. Then add the carrots cut into rings and tomatoes, stir and add water so that it covers the vegetables. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until carrots are tender.2. While the soup is cooked, put "marinate" corn grain with cob corn and mix them with chopped basil, lime juice and olive oil. Add to taste salt and pepper and let sit for a few minutes.
3. When the vegetables in the soup are tender, pour in 200 ml coconut milk, stir well and turn off the heat. Mix soup blender until smooth texture, adding salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour the soup into bowls and add a tablespoon of pickled corn.
