Fish Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:
• lean fish fillets (cod ) 600 g• a bunch of parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
• pinch of ground coriander
Sauce:
• skim milk 300 g• dill
• olive oil
Preparation:
Mince the fish or chop it in the blender, add the chopped parsley and season with salt and coriander. Blind from minced meat balls. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Bake meatballs in preheated oven until tender (15-20 minutes).
Serve the meatballs in the sauce. The sauce before serving season with a drop of olive oil.
