Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Tomato sauce - 500 ml
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Parsley - beam
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Oregano - 1 tbsp
- Fatty cream - 200 ml
- Olive oil - optional
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste

Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.2. Cook pasta as directed on package. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.
4. Add the minced meat and cream. If you have minced raw, then fry it until tender, stirring constantly and sharing lumps wooden spatula, until there is no red meat. And only then add the cream. Mix well and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes cream should not boil.
5. Add the sauce, tomato paste, parsley and oregano.
6. Mix well. Simmer another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the nutmeg. Stir.
7. Bologne-se sauce is ready.
