Ingredients:


  • Cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Chocolate - 80 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 package
  • Caramel, jam or coconut


Preparation:

1. melt the chocolate in a water bath. Silicon brush grease molds (I have silicone) with a thin layer of chocolate. Remove the molds in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, you can repeat the application of chocolate on the places where there are "gaps" and then send in the freezer for 2-3 minutes.
2. While the chocolate hardens, cottage cheese rub with powdered sugar, vanilla and softened butter.
3. We get molds from the freezer, fill 1/3 of cottage cheese, put in the center of the stuffing, fill to the end of cottage cheese. Top lubricates cheese melted chocolate and put them in the fridge to feed.
