Servings: 8-10
Ingredients:
Flour - 160 gBaking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Chopped dill - 1 tbsp
Cream Cheese - 50 g
Softened butter - 25g
Egg - 1 pc.
Milk - 170 ml
Salted or Smoked Salmon - 250g
For the cream:
Oily cream (30%) - 120 gReady horseradish - 1 tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Preparation:
1. mix flour with baking powder, salt and finely chopped dill.2. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk, beat the egg, milk, cream cheese and melted butter.
3. connect the two mix and knead the dough uniform thickish.
4. Heat the frying pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour 2 tsp dough and bake small cakes, about 1 minute on each side.
5. While the muffins cool, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream with horseradish, salt to taste.
6. The fish is cut into small thin slices.
7. For each pancake put 1 tsp cream and a slice of fish. Garnish with sprigs of dill and serve.
