Ingredients:
- The dough pancakes
- Yogurt ½ cup
- 3 cups milk
- Wheat flour 2 cups (250 ml)
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp
- Soda 1/3 tsp
- Minced Lentils
- Lentils ,flakes 2 cups
- Carrot 2 pcs . medium size
- Salt rock 1/3
- 1 tsp ground coriander without slides
- Seasoning "a mixture of peppers" - 1/3 tsp
- Black pepper 1/3 ground teaspoon
- Oil for frying 80 ml
Preparation:
Mix yogurt in a container, ½ cup milk, sugar, salt, baking soda and mix well. Add flour to form a dough as pancakes. The rest of the milk is heated to 80 degrees and pour the dough whisk stirring it. Add the remaining flour and mix well. The dough should be liquid.Heat the pan well to high heat, brush with vegetable oil, pour the batter and fry on both sides. Pancakes fry over high heat. I add oil when flip the pancake to the other side.
Pour 2 cups lentils, boiling water and allow infusion of 20 minutes, then add salt, black pepper and mix.
Grate Carrots . Heat the oil over moderate heat and add the spices, 20 seconds to add the carrots, stir and simmer until tender. You can lightly fry, taste will be stronger. Carrots should be oily!
Put Cooked carrots in a lot of lentils and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
At the center of the pancake put stuffing and fold the rectangle.
Serve warm!
* 1.5 cups of lentils soaked overnight in cold water, rinse in the morning, give water to drain and grind in a blender puree.
