Ingredients:

  • - 150 g flour
  • - a pinch of salt
  • - 75 g butter
  • - 1 egg yolk
  • - 3 tablespoons water

Preparation:

  • 1. In a bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt.
  • 2. Then add the cold butter cut into small pieces and hands knead the mixture to become similar to the crumb. Add egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of ice water.

  • 3. Mix and, if necessary, add more water (dough should be homogeneous). BLIND dough ball and wrap in foil.
  • 4. Send in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bake the dough at 180 degrees, using it for cooking cakes and berry baskets.
