Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms - 200 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1/2 head
  • Potatoes - 1-2 pcs .
  • Processed cheese - 70-100 g
  • Milk (cream) - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Potatoes cut into medium cubes, cover with water and put to boil. Boil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes after boiling.
3. Prepare Slice mushrooms, finely chop the onions, carrots grate. Add a little vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms and vegetables for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.



4. Add the  soup  in the blinder and simmer for 7-10 minutes it more.
5. Add to the soup small pieces of cheese, milk or cream. Give a boil and remove from heat.
6. Add to the soup finely chopped dill, cover it with a lid and allow to stand for at least 10 minutes.
7. The soup is ready!
