Meatloaf with boiled eggs recipe

Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 800 grams of pork, beef or mixed minced meat (I had pork)
- 3-4 slices of white bread
- 2 small bulbs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 raw egg
- 4-6 hard boiled eggs boiled
- 1 tbsp sauce
- a small bunch of parsley
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Bread
put in a blender and pulverized into crumbs.
2. Onions,
garlic and finely chop the parsley.
3. Put in a
bowl of beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, to drive a raw egg, pour
Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Put
everything in a bowl
5. Mix.
7. Cover
with the second half of meat.
8. Put in a
preheated 200 degree oven and bake until done, about 45-40 minutes.
9. Ready
roll removed from the mold and give stand 10 minutes at room temperature.
10. Cut and serve.
